Our app functions exclusively as a B2B Point Of Sale (POS) terminal. Its sole purpose is to allow merchants to collect payments from their customers.

With our app, merchant can accept:

UnionPay QR code (UnionPay Yunshanfu)

+ How can I log in to Silkpay app?

No self-registration. Merchants cannot sign up directly inside the app.

You must first open an account through our online process. Our team will carefully review your application. After approval and successful onboarding, a secure Silkpay account ID and password will be provided to you by your accont Account Manager. These credentials will allow you to log to both in your Silkpay Backoffice and the app.

+ What currencies are supported?

Our merchants can choose between EUR and USD for their Silkpay account currency. We only exclusively support official banking currencies.
